The Naked King - Sally MacKenzie A fun romp, the end of the Naked Nobility series. The King in the title refers to Stephen Parker-Roth, the "King of Hearts" according to the gossip in the ton. Excellent character development, light-hearted, lots of mishaps and misadventures.

Male protagonist: Stephen Parker-Roth, second son, no interest in marriage, handsome and charming.

Female romantic lead: Lady Anne Marston, older daughter of the Earl of Crane, who has left Anne in charge of her younger sister's come-out, with the questionable assistance of Clorinda.

Other characters: Clorinda, elderly cousin, and next-to-useless chaperone, Lord Brentwood from Anne's past, a 'dirty dish', Harry, the dog, who instigates the romance, Evie, the beautiful younger sister.
